杨开峰

个人简介

杨开峰，中国人民大学公共管理学院行政管理学系教授、博士生导师。研究方向为公共管理，聚焦国家治理、公共组织管理、公共部门绩效管理、公民参与、责任政府等领域。曾任公共管理学院副院长。兼任（CSSCI）主编、Public Performance & Management Review（SSCI）主编，国务院学位办公共管理学科评议组成员兼秘书长，教育部公共管理专业学位研究生教育指导委员会委员兼秘书长。
