方华，上海理工大学管理学院教师，研究方向为经济体制改革、公安、中国政治与国际政治。代表性成果包括《The Competitive Game between Hot Money and Central Bank Monetary Policy》《亚太安全架构的现状，趋势及中国的作用》等中英文论文与文章。
