个人简介
刘思达（Sida Liu）现任香港大学法律学院教授、社会学系礼任教授，主要研究领域包括法律社会学、职业社会学及社会学理论。他拥有芝加哥大学社会学博士学位和北京大学法学学士学位。在加入港大之前，他曾任多伦多大学社会学、法学与全球事务副教授及助理教授，以及威斯康星大学麦迪逊分校社会学和法学助理教授。他的学术成果丰富，出版了《Criminal Defense in China》等多部英文专著及《割据的逻辑》等中文著作，并在国际顶级期刊发表大量论文。此外，他还担任多个学术期刊的编委或主编，并曾获得亚洲法律与社会协会杰出文章奖等多项荣誉。
